Stainless Steel Sculpture
1
Material Selection & Cutting
304/316 stainless plates cut via laser/plasma, with machining allowance.

Design & Modeling
Drawings finalized. Use clay models for small works; 3D modeling for large/batch orders.

Forging & Shaping
Plates shaped via pressing/forging. Complex forms are segmented.
4
Welding & Assembly
Components joined with TIG welding; seams ground smooth.
5
Grinding & Polishing
Process: rough → fine → precision polish for finishes like mirror or matte.

Surface Treatment
Options: plating, coating, antiquing. Outdoor pieces get anti-corrosion treatment.

Inspection & Packaging
Final check. Packed in ISPM 15 compliant wooden crates with protective labels.
Bronze Sculpture

Material Selection & Alloying
Brass or bronze melted for purity.

Design & Mold Making
Clay master model created. Lost-wax method used for wax model.

Shell Making & Firing
Wax model coated to form ceramic shell; wax burned out.

Melting & Casting
Molten bronze poured into shell mold; cooled and retrieved.

Assembly & Grinding
Sections bronze-welded; seams ground and shape corrected.

Surface Treatment
Finished by polishing, antiquing, or plating. Outdoor pieces receive protective coating.

Inspection & Packaging

Marble Sculpture

Material Selection & Block Cutting
Crack-free marble blocks cut to rough blanks.

Design & Layout
Model created; outline transferred to stone.

Rough Blocking
Excess material removed to form basic shape.

Fine Carving & Detailing
Details and textures carved to final design.

Fiberglass (FRP) Sculpture

Material Preparation
Resin (polyester/epoxy) mixed with fiberglass and additives. Weather-resistant for outdoors.

Master model made. Silicone (small batch) or FRP (large batch) molds created.

Lamination & Curing
Layers of resin/fiberglass applied in mold, cured.

Demolding & Trimming
Piece demolded, trimmed, and seams filled.

Grinding & Polishing
Surface smoothed and prepared for finishing.

Surface Treatment
Simulated finishes or painting, with UV coating for outdoor use.

Weathering Steel Sculpture

Rusted naturally (1-3 months) or accelerated with chemicals. Optional sealant applied.
